All members become committee members.

14/03/06 Proposal for Masterton Petanque Club: That all members become committee members. A small club like ours with under 40 members is ideally positioned to have everyone on the committee. We would still need the main positions within this inclusive structure; Club Captain, Vice Captain, Secretary and Treasurer. Whenever there is a committee meeting (now held at our large clubrooms) everyone would be able to come and make contributions and give offers of help. It would allow people who may not be happy about some club aspects, to let us know about these. People would feel more part of the club, and therefore likely to contribute and share the load.
